ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must hold a First Class or Second-Class Upper Honors degree from a recognized University in any of the following fields:
  Information Technology, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Management/Administration, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Economics, Agri-Business Management, Data Analytics/Science, Finance, Marketing, Law, Marketing and Communication, Project Management, or other related fields.
• Must be a Rwandan citizen aged between 20 to 25 years.
• Must have a clean criminal record.
• Self-driven with strong ambition to pursue a career in Banking.
• Ability to work with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Quick learner and result-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in Kinyarwanda and English (French is an added advantage).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Management Trainee, responsibilities may include:

• Participating in structured training and development programs.
• Supporting different departments to gain practical banking experience.
• Assisting in implementation of HR and talent development initiatives.
• Contributing to projects and strategic assignments.
• Learning and applying banking policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Demonstrating leadership potential and teamwork skills.
