As part of its Capacity Enhancement Programme, the Bank invites young, ambitious Rwandan graduates to apply for the prestigious Management Trainee Program. This program offers an opportunity to gain hands-on banking experience and build a successful career in Rwanda’s financial sector.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must hold a First Class or Second-Class Upper Honors degree from a recognized University in any of the following fields:
Information Technology, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Management/Administration, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Economics, Agri-Business Management, Data Analytics/Science, Finance, Marketing, Law, Marketing and Communication, Project Management, or other related fields. - Must be a Rwandan citizen aged between 20 to 25 years.
- Must have a clean criminal record.
- Self-driven with strong ambition to pursue a career in Banking.
- Ability to work with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Quick learner and result-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Kinyarwanda and English (French is an added advantage).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Management Trainee, responsibilities may include:
- Participating in structured training and development programs.
- Supporting different departments to gain practical banking experience.
- Assisting in implementation of HR and talent development initiatives.
- Contributing to projects and strategic assignments.
- Learning and applying banking policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Demonstrating leadership potential and teamwork skills.

- Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Cover Letter
- Copies of Academic Certificates and Transcripts
- Copy of National ID
- Any other supporting documents (if required)
