Rwanda Management Institute (RMI) is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the position of Estate Manager under contract. This role is responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and development of RMI infrastructure and facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment.REGISTER NOW for new programs at MK SCHOLARS

The Estate Manager will work under the supervision of the Director of Administration & Finance and will play a key role in planning renovations, supervising construction activities, and ensuring the effective use and maintenance of institutional spaces and resources.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must meet the following academic requirements:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Construction

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

·        0 years of relevant experience required

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Manage and maintain RMI buildings and space.

·        Develop plans for renovations, maintenance, and new infrastructure (architecture and design).

·        Supervise and report on construction projects on behalf of RMI management.

·        Direct activities including cleaning, electrical and water maintenance systems, agriculture and husbandry-related businesses.

·        Procure services required to maintain high-quality estates and surrounding spaces.

·        Ensure the security, health, and safety of employees on RMI premises.

·        Manage and be accountable for staff under his/her authority.

·        Collaborate with relevant experts to elaborate the master plan for RMI infrastructure development.

·        Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor in line with the job.
