Qualification, Experience, Skills, and Attributes: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Media Arts, Visual Communication, Journalism, or related field. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in graphic design, preferably in a financial institution, agency, or corporate environment. • Experience in digital asset management systems or photo libraries is an advantage. • Basic photography or videography skills are an added advantage. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus. • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and branding. • Experience in both digital design and print production. • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Creative thinker with a passion for professional and engaging design. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Familiarity with digital file preparation and printing specifications. • Up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies. • Understanding of brand photography and ethical visual representation. • Knowledge of cloud-based storage systems for visual archives. 3.
