2026 COMMONWEALTH EXCHANGE SCHOLARSHIP
Applications are now open for the 2026 Commonwealth Exchange Scholarship, a fully funded postgraduate opportunity that enables graduates from eligible Commonwealth countries to pursue Master’s and PhD programmes at partner universities across Commonwealth member countries. The scholarship provides full financial support, covering tuition fees, living expenses, airfare, and other approved study-related costs.
The programme is funded through contributions from participating universities across Commonwealth countries and support from private organisations within the World Chambers Federation. It aims to strengthen international academic collaboration, develop future leaders, and equip talented graduates with skills to contribute to social and economic development in their home countries.

· Full tuition fee coverage for the approved postgraduate programme.
· Monthly maintenance stipend to support living expenses.
· Airfare support for international travel.

· Curriculum Vitae (CV).
· Personal essay explaining academic achievements, motivation, career goals, and how the programme will contribute to development in the applicant’s home country.

2. Prepare all required academic and personal documents.
3. Submit an online scholarship application before the deadline.

Applicants do not need to secure university admission before applying. The Council manages the placement process with partner universities for successful candidates.
