ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must:

• Possess the required academic qualifications for the specific position applied for (A0, A1, or A2 as indicated).
• Have relevant teaching or administrative experience where specified.
• Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Have strong communication, leadership, and digital literacy skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

For Head Teachers

• Provide academic leadership and ensure curriculum implementation.
• Supervise teaching and learning activities.
• Manage school operations and staff performance.
• Ensure learner discipline, welfare, and safety.
• Prepare budgets and oversee financial management.

• Coordinate timetables and curriculum delivery.
• Supervise teaching activities.
• Manage discipline (for Deputy in charge of Discipline).

For Teachers

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons according to the national curriculum.

• Provide counseling services.
• Conduct assessments and support students with learning or behavioral challenges.

• Supervise student welfare, discipline, and safety.
