DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Trade Marketing Manager
• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to support sales and customer acquisition goals.
• Execute annual trade marketing plans aligned with Equity Bank’s marketing priorities.
• Drive brand visibility and product awareness across all customer touchpoints and the agency banking network.
• Support growth and profitability through trade promotional activities.
• Ensure brand consistency across branches, ATMs, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to define customer segments for targeted communication.
• Prepare and manage the trade marketing budget effectively.
• Establish strategic partnerships to enhance brand presence.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, trade shows, and activations.
• Conduct regular branch and agent visits to ensure branding compliance.
• Supervise all branding projects to ensure quality and alignment with brand identity.
• Perform other duties assigned by the line manager.

Qualification, Experience, Skills, and Attributes:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in trade marketing, brand management, or related fields, preferably in financial services or FMCG sectors.
• Strong understanding of trade marketing strategies and sales enablement.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

2. Graphic Designer
• Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital and print media including brochures, posters, signage, advertisements, social media content, and web pages.
• Create impactful layouts and templates for internal communications, presentations, and corporate publications.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals and promotional content.
• Translate business briefs into visual storyboards for animations or video editing.
• Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery of all creative materials.
• Adapt creative content to suit different platforms such as social media, events, and digital advertising.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all visual materials.
• Manage the Bank’s Image and Photograph Bank Initiative, ensuring proper cataloguing and maintenance.

Qualification, Experience, Skills, and Attributes:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Media Arts, Visual Communication, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in graphic design, preferably in a financial institution, agency, or corporate environment.
• Experience in digital asset management systems or photo libraries is an advantage.
• Basic photography or videography skills are an added advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and branding.
• Experience in both digital design and print production.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Maintain and update records of medical scheme members and dependents.
• Support the issuance of medical cards for staff and their dependents.
• Manage calls and correspondence with staff and medical providers.
• Assist in preparing supplier creation forms and invoice recording.
• Support in EBM requests and payment submissions.
• Schedule wellness activities, meetings, and provider visits.
• Prepare periodic reports as requested.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of all medical scheme documentation.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
