ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Field Coordinator

·       Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Development Studies, Community Development, or a related field.

·       At least 3 years of relevant field-level experience.

·       Experience working with CSOs, community structures, and local government authorities.

·       Experience in monitoring and reporting on donor-funded projects is an added advantage.

·       Strong understanding of gender equality, women’s empowerment, and civil society issues in Rwanda.

·       Excellent communication, facilitation, and community mobilization skills.

·       Good reporting skills in Kinyarwanda and English; French is an advantage.

·       Ability to travel frequently within assigned districts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Field Coordinator

·       Monitor activities of assigned partner CSOs.

·       Provide technical support, mentoring, and guidance.

·       Track implementation against project workplans.

·       Support MEAL activities, data collection, and validation.

·       Coordinate with district and sector authorities.

·       Facilitate district coalition meetings.

·       Represent RWN at relevant district-level meetings.

·       Support community mobilization and engagement.

·       Support trainings, mentoring, dialogue circles, and feedback sessions.

·       Prepare field visit, activity, and monitoring reports.

·       Document lessons learned, success stories, and challenges.

·       Ensure compliance with RWN policies and Sida requirements.

Finance Officer

·       Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.

·       Process payments, advances, and reimbursements.

·       Reconcile bank statements, cash accounts, and project ledgers.

·       Verify partner CSO expenditures and supporting documents.

·       Support CSOs with financial management and reporting.

·       Track sub-grant disbursements.

·       Conduct financial monitoring visits.

·       Support budgeting and budget-versus-actual analysis.

·       Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting.

·       Support audits and respond to audit queries.

·       Help identify and manage financial risks.

·       Coordinate with procurement and administration teams on financial matters.
