ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must meet the specific academic qualifications and experience requirements for the position they are applying for.

·       Talent Acquisition Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with 0–2 years of relevant experience.

·       Onboarding Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 0–2 years of relevant experience.

·       Senior, HR Business Partner: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field, with at least 6 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in a senior HRBP or equivalent role.

·       Head of Organization Design & Total Rewards: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field, with 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, including 5–6 years specializing in reward, job architecture, or organization design.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities vary by position and include:

·       Recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

·       Managing employee onboarding and pre-employment documentation.

·       Workforce planning and talent management.

·       Employee relations, performance management, and HR advisory services.

·       Organization design, job architecture, compensation, benefits, and total rewards.

·       HR reporting, analytics, compliance, and process improvement.

·       Supporting RwandAir’s HR transformation and organizational growth.
