The scholarship is offered by Khalifa University of Science and Technology to support outstanding students pursuing postgraduate studies. Scholarship eligibility is assessed automatically during the admission process, meaning applicants do not need to submit a separate scholarship application.
 

SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS

Successful applicants may receive a fully funded scholarship that includes:

·       Full tuition fee coverage

·       Monthly stipend of up to AED 40,000

·       Free textbooks provided by the university

·       Medical insurance for eligible international students

·       Round-trip airfare between the student's home country and Abu Dhabi (subject to approval)

·       UAE visa application fee coverage

·       Support to attend international research conferences (subject to approval)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

·       Be from any country worldwide.

·       Apply for a full-time Master's or PhD program at Khalifa University.

·       Hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.5/4.0 (for direct Bachelor's-to-PhD admission) or a Master's degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.25/4.0 from a recognized institution.

·       Meet one of the English language requirements:

o   TOEFL iBT score of at least 91, or

o   IELTS Academic score of at least 6.5, or

o   EmSAT English score of 1550.

·       Obtain a minimum quantitative GRE score of 150.

·       Submit at least two referee recommendations.

·       Submit a Statement of Purpose.

·       Submit a Research Statement (PhD applicants).

·       Successfully complete the admission interview.

The scholarship supports full-time postgraduate studies in:

·       Master's Degree Programs

·       Doctoral (PhD) Programs

Applicants can choose from a wide range of graduate programs offered by Khalifa University in engineering, science, technology, medicine, and related research fields.

Applicants should prepare and upload the following documents:

·       Bachelor's and/or Master's degree certificate

·       Official academic transcripts

·       English proficiency certificate (IELTS, TOEFL, or EmSAT)

·       GRE score report

·       Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)

·       Statement of Purpose (500–1,000 words)

·       Research Statement (PhD applicants only)

·       Two referee recommendations

·       Passport-style photograph

·       Valid passport copy

·       UAE visa copy (if applicable)

·       UAE Ministry of Education Equivalency Certificate (for applicants who graduated outside the UAE, when required)

·       UAE National ID or Family Book (for applicable applicants)
