ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must:

·       Hold a Bachelor's Degree in General Medicine.

·       Have at least 2 years of working experience in a complex and busy hospital.

·       Be registered with the relevant professional body.

·       Demonstrate competence in the role of a General Practitioner.

·       Possess strong diagnostic and clinical skills.

·       Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

·       Be committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered healthcare.

·       Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·       Be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

·       Possess excellent organizational, managerial, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

·       Conducting patient consultations for a wide range of medical conditions.

·       Performing physical examinations, diagnosing illnesses, and developing treatment plans.

·       Prescribing medications and providing appropriate treatments.

·       Delivering preventive healthcare services, including vaccinations and health screenings.

·       Managing chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.

·       Educating patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle practices.

·       Collaborating with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

·       Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.

·       Participating in continuous medical education and professional development.

·       Adhering to medical ethics, professional standards, and legal requirements.
