2. Senior HR Business Partner (1 Position)

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Head of Business Banking

·       Lead the Business Banking strategy and portfolio growth.

·       Drive SME business development and profitability.

·       Manage customer relationships and strategic partnerships.

·       Develop banking products and improve customer experience.

·       Monitor portfolio performance and manage risks.

·       Supervise Business Banking teams and resources.

Senior HR Business Partner

·       Lead HR business partnering activities across the bank.

·       Support recruitment, talent management, and employee development.

·       Drive performance management and employee engagement.

·       Advise management on HR policies and workforce planning.

·       Manage employee relations and staff wellness initiatives.

·       Analyze HR performance data and recommend improvements.
