ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must meet the qualifications and experience required for the position they are applying for.

Seed Sample Receptionist & Data Entry Officer

·       Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or a related field.

·       6–12 months of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support within an agricultural, laboratory, or agribusiness environment.

·       Basic knowledge of seed testing processes.

·       Good communication skills in Kinyarwanda and English.

·       Must be a Rwandan citizen or permanent resident.

Driver

·       Valid driving license.

·       At least 3 years of professional driving experience.

·       Strong knowledge of road safety regulations.

·       Good communication, professionalism, reliability, and commitment to safety.

Seed Inspection and Sampling Senior Supervisor

• Experience in seed inspection, seed sampling, field inspections, storage sampling, and phytosanitary inspections.
• Strong knowledge of seed quality assurance and compliance.
• Ability to coordinate with field and laboratory teams.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Seed Sample Receptionist & Data Entry Officer

·       Receive, verify, and register seed samples.

·       Enter and maintain accurate laboratory data.

·       Generate reports and maintain records.

·       Coordinate client inquiries and laboratory visits.

·       Support quality assurance documentation.

Driver

·       Safely transport staff, equipment, and materials.

·       Coordinate daily transport activities.

·       Maintain assigned vehicles and safety equipment.

·       Keep vehicle logbooks and maintenance records.

·       Report accidents and transport-related incidents.

Seed Inspection and Sampling Senior Supervisor

·       Conduct seed field inspections and sampling.

·       Authorize or reject seed lots for testing.

·       Recommend corrective actions to production teams.

·       Support quality assurance and laboratory testing.

·       Coordinate with field and laboratory staff to ensure compliance.
