ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must have:

· A Bachelor's Degree in one of the following:

o Accounting

o Economics

o Management

o Finance

· A foundation level of one of the following professional qualifications:

o CPA

o CIA

o CPFA

o CPFM

o ACCA (Applied Knowledge)

o Stage Two of CAT

o API Certificate

· 0 years of relevant work experience.

· Fluency in English. Knowledge of Kinyarwanda and/or French is required, while proficiency in all three languages is an added advantage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will:

· Manage financial records.

· Update budgetary accounting records.

· Maintain and update cashbooks.

· Deduct expenses from the budget and file related documentation.

· Ensure proper filing and safe custody of accounting records.

· Prepare statutory, management, and ad hoc financial reports.

· Record and remit withheld taxes to the tax authority on time.

· Verify and record all payment transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

· Perform regular reconciliation of METEO Rwanda accounts.
