Smart Discount Savings Ltd is inviting applications for 20 Marketing Agent positions based in Kigali, Rwanda. This is a part-time, on-site opportunity for motivated and results-oriented individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and business development. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must:

·       Hold an A-Level certificate or a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

·       Have 0–3 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or business development.

·       Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Be self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.

·       Be comfortable using digital tools and mobile applications for tracking sales and customer data.

·       Be fluent in Kinyarwanda and English. Knowledge of French or other languages is an added advantage.

·       Have a passion for customer service and building long-term business relationships.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Successful candidates will:

·       Promote and sell monthly and annual membership plans.

·       Recruit individuals, students, and corporate clients as members.

·       Identify and engage businesses to join the discount partner network.

·       Meet monthly sales and membership growth targets.

·       Explain membership benefits and available discounts to prospective members.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with members and business partners.

·       Represent the company at community events and corporate outreach programs.

·       Support the onboarding of new members and partner businesses.

·       Track sales activities, customer feedback, and prepare regular reports.

·       Participate in team meetings and contribute market insights.

·       Stay updated on membership plans, promotions, and partner offers.
