HC Solutions Ltd is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for exciting career opportunities at its project site in Gisagara District, Southern Province, Rwanda. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
HR Manager
Applicants must have:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
· Postgraduate qualification or professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, IHRM) is an added advantage.
· Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a senior HR management role.
· Strong knowledge of Rwandan Labour Law and statutory HR compliance.
· Experience managing permanent, casual, and cooperative workforces.
· Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
· Ability to work independently in a remote project environment.
Personal Assistant to the General Manager
Applicants must have:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
· Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or a similar role.
· Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Strong report writing, document formatting, and presentation skills.
· High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational ability.
· Willingness to reside on-site or nearby, with occasional travel to Kigali.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Manager
· Lead the implementation of HR policies, organizational structures, and employment contracts.
· Ensure compliance with Rwandan Labour Law and statutory requirements.
· Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll inputs, and employee relations.
· Supervise HR administration and maintain accurate HR records.
· Coordinate with government authorities, local communities, and cooperatives.
· Lead and develop the HR team while providing regular HR reports to management.
Personal Assistant to the General Manager
· Manage the General Manager's diary, meetings, and appointments.
· Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and official communications.
· Coordinate travel arrangements and executive logistics.
· Organize meetings and follow up on action points.
· Maintain confidential records and provide high-level administrative support.
· Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal and external stakeholders.
