ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must meet the requirements specific to each position:

IT Manager

·       Minimum of 9 years of IT industry experience.

·       At least 3 years in an IT management or similar leadership role.

·       Experience in IT project implementation.

·       Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows/Linux Server, networking, and IT security.

·       Excellent written and spoken English.

·       Professional certifications (ITIL, PMP, Azure) are an added advantage.

IT Lead

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of IT experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, operations, ITSM, cybersecurity, and AI technologies.
• Strong English communication skills.

Technical Support Engineer

·       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field.

·       1–3 years of IT support experience.

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Windows Server, or related technologies.

·       Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

·       Good command of English.

Windows Forum Freelancer

·       Strong written communication skills.

·       Technical knowledge of Windows and Microsoft products is preferred.

·       Experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting is an advantage.

·       Ability to work remotely and independently.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

IT Manager

·       Manage IT operations across multiple offices.

·       Maintain servers, networks, security systems, and Microsoft environments.

·       Lead troubleshooting, compliance, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure projects.

IT Lead

·       Oversee IT governance and infrastructure.

·       Manage IT teams and vendors.

·       Ensure cybersecurity compliance.

·       Drive AI adoption and innovation.

·       Coordinate with international teams.

Windows Forum Freelancer

·       Respond to Windows Community Forum questions.

·       Research and provide technical solutions.

·       Escalate unresolved issues.

·       Maintain confidentiality and follow Microsoft community guidelines.

Technical Support Engineer

·       Provide technical support to Microsoft customers.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

·       Document solutions and support activities.

·       Deliver excellent customer service remotely.
