DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Senior Manager, Credit Collection

The successful candidate will:

·       Lead MTN Rwanda's credit and collections function.

·       Develop and implement credit control and collections strategies.

·       Manage credit policies, risk assessment, and customer credit limits.

·       Oversee collections operations from early-stage recovery through legal recovery.

·       Design customer payment plans and restructuring strategies.

·       Manage bad debt provisioning, write-offs, and impairment processes.

·       Monitor receivables, reduce outstanding debts, and improve cash flow.

·       Supervise external collection agencies and legal recovery partners.

·       Produce portfolio reports, forecasts, and performance analytics.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to minimize credit fraud and revenue leakage.

·       Lead initiatives aimed at reducing late payments and improving customer retention.

2. Digital Marketing Coordinator

The selected candidate will:

·       Execute MTN Rwanda's digital marketing strategy.

·       Manage digital platforms including the company website and social media channels.

·       Coordinate paid, owned, and earned digital campaigns.

·       Translate marketing objectives into effective digital execution plans.

·       Maintain MTN's online presence while ensuring brand consistency.

·       Deliver customer-focused campaigns that drive engagement, digital acquisition, and revenue growth.

3. Manager, Reporting and Analytics

Key responsibilities include:

·       Lead the reporting and analytics function across MTN Rwanda.

·       Produce accurate management, operational, and performance reports.

·       Prepare executive and board reporting packs.

·       Develop automated dashboards using business intelligence tools.

·       Perform business, commercial, and predictive analytics.

·       Define and maintain KPI frameworks and performance scorecards.

·       Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting consistency.

·       Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.

·       Support business users through self-service analytics tools.

·       Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management.

·       Lead reporting and analytics teams while promoting continuous improvement.
