GoKabisa, through Kabisa Electric, is a leading provider and distributor of electric vehicles in Rwanda. The company operates the country's largest EV charging network and specialized electric vehicle garage, with a mission to accelerate the adoption of clean and sustainable transportation solutions across Rwanda and the African continent.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must meet the following general requirements:

·       Possess relevant educational qualifications for the position applied for.

·       Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

·       Show a passion for sustainable transportation and electric mobility.

·       Possess strong problem-solving, customer service, and organizational skills.

·       Be willing to adapt to a dynamic and evolving industry.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

1. EV Charging Lead (EV Charging Station Technician)

Key Qualifications:

·       High school diploma or equivalent.

·       Technical certifications or vocational training in electrical or electronic systems are an added advantage.

·       Experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting.

·       Knowledge of EV charging infrastructure is preferred.

·       Proficiency in electrical tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.

2. Consumer Sales Representative

Key Qualifications:

·       Previous sales experience in automotive, renewable energy, or related sectors is advantageous.

·       Strong passion for electric mobility and sustainability.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

·       Familiarity with EV technology and charging infrastructure is an added advantage.

·       Experience using CRM software and sales tools is preferred.

3. Sales Executive

Location: Rwanda

Key Qualifications:

·       Minimum five years of work experience within Rwanda’s NGO sector.

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

·       Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Valid driver's license.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.

·       Optional track record of at least two years in sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EV Charging Lead

·       Install, configure, and commission EV charging stations.

·       Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on charging infrastructure.

·       Diagnose and resolve technical faults and malfunctions.

·       Perform electrical testing and system performance verification.

·       Implement software and firmware updates.

·       Provide technical support to EV users.

·       Maintain installation and maintenance records.

·       Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

·       Stay updated on EV charging technologies and industry developments.

Consumer Sales Representative

·       Promote and sell electric vehicles to potential customers.

·       Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

·       Assist customers throughout the purchasing process.

·       Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

·       Organize and facilitate test drives.

·       Educate customers on EV technology and benefits.

·       Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

·       Provide after-sales support and follow-up services.

·       Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.

Sales Executive

·       Promote and sell Kabisa Electric's passenger and commercial electric vehicles.

·       Identify and engage potential customers through networking and outreach.

·       Assess customer needs and recommend suitable EV solutions.

·       Arrange product demonstrations and test drives.

·       Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

·       Support marketing and promotional initiatives.

·       Educate customers on the economic and environmental benefits of EVs.

·       Monitor industry trends and market opportunities.

·       Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.

·       Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
