ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must meet the following requirements according to the position applied for:

Bids & Partnership Associate

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Procurement & Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

·       Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage.

·       Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Quality Management are an added advantage.

·       Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in bid/proposal management, business development, contract management, or strategic partnerships.

·       Experience managing the full bid lifecycle.

·       Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and tender/procurement platforms.

Engineer Planning & Compliance

·       Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related engineering field.

·       Relevant Master's degree is an added advantage.

·       Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Quality Management are desirable.

·       Registration with a recognized engineering body is an added advantage.

·       Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project planning, engineering, quality assurance, or compliance.

·       Experience in project budgeting, scheduling, inspections, and quality management.

·       Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Bids & Partnership Associate

·       Identify and monitor tender and bidding opportunities.

·       Coordinate preparation and submission of bid proposals.

·       Collaborate with technical, finance, legal, and sales teams.

·       Maintain bid documentation and proposal libraries.

·       Support development of strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders.

·       Assist in contract preparation, monitoring, and compliance management.

·       Track bid outcomes and prepare management reports.

·       Support business development and networking initiatives.

Engineer Planning & Compliance

·       Plan project activities and oversee pre-project preparations.

·       Develop project implementation plans, budgets, and schedules.

·       Conduct quality assurance, inspections, and compliance monitoring.

·       Manage project documentation, certifications, and quality records.

·       Support project execution, contractor coordination, and project closure.

·       Monitor project performance, schedules, costs, and compliance standards.

·       Prepare regular planning and performance reports.

·       Support continuous improvement, innovation, and project optimization initiatives.
