ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must meet the specific academic, professional, and experience requirements for their preferred position.

For Relationship Manager – SME:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in the financial sector, including 3 years in credit sales and credit analysis.
• Strong knowledge of lending, banking regulations, customer relationship management, and financial analysis.

For Assistant Manager, Energy, Environment & Climate Change:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Renewable Energy, Sustainable Energy, Climate Studies, Finance, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in energy, environmental conservation, sustainable finance, or green projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

For Strategy Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Digital Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, or IT-enabled project implementation.
• Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Relationship Manager – SME

• Build and manage SME and Micro-SME client relationships.
• Drive customer acquisition, loan growth, deposit mobilization, and revenue generation.
• Identify and develop profitable customer pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with KYC and AML requirements.
• Cross-sell banking products and services.
• Monitor portfolio quality and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Analyze financial statements and support credit decisions.

Assistant Manager, Energy, Environment & Climate Change

• Support implementation of Energy, Environment and Climate Change pillar activities.
• Identify opportunities for environmental sustainability and climate-related initiatives.
• Develop and maintain partnerships within the energy and environmental sectors.
• Support execution of projects with conservation, energy, and WASH partners.
• Assist in project planning, monitoring, and impact reporting.
• Facilitate ESG capacity-building initiatives for staff, partners, and customers.
• Support overall performance and growth of the EE&CC pillar.

Strategy Manager

• Support strategic planning and implementation across the Bank.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
• Monitor strategic initiatives and organizational performance.
• Conduct business process analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
• Prepare strategic reports for executive management and board meetings.
• Document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Support successful delivery of technology-driven business solutions.
