As part of its continued growth and innovation strategy, Irembo is now hiring for two senior leadership positions based in Kigali. These roles are critical in shaping the future of digital public services and healthcare delivery in Rwanda and beyond.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

·       Relevant senior-level experience in product leadership or digital health management

·       Strong background in cross-functional leadership and strategy execution

·       Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale digital systems or national programs

·       Experience working with government, enterprise, or regulated environments is an advantage

·       Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Head of Product Management, Service Solutions

·       Define and drive product vision and strategy across multiple platforms

·       Manage and prioritize the product portfolio and roadmap

·       Establish OKRs and performance measurement systems

·       Lead product innovation and continuous improvement initiatives

·       Ensure cross-functional alignment between engineering, design, and business teams

·       Build and mentor a high-performing product management team

·       Improve product development lifecycle and operational processes

2. Director of Digital Health

·       Lead strategy and delivery of national-scale digital health solutions

·       Oversee telemedicine operations, clinical workflows, and health system integration

·       Build and manage partnerships with government, insurers, and health institutions

·       Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks for health impact

·       Drive innovation including AI-enabled healthcare solutions

·       Lead multidisciplinary teams across clinical, operational, and technical functions

·       Ensure compliance with national health standards and clinical governance
