The recruitment aims to strengthen healthcare service delivery through the engagement of competent personnel in social work, financial management, and health center administration. Successful candidates will play a key role in supporting patients, managing resources, and ensuring efficient health center operations.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must meet the qualifications specified for their respective positions:

Social Worker (2 Positions)

·       Advanced Diploma in Sociology or Social Work with no prior experience required; or

·       A2 Certificate in Social Work with no prior experience required.

Cashier (4 Positions)

·       Advanced Diploma in Finance or Accounting with no prior experience required; or

·       A2 Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or Banking with no prior experience required.

Health Center Manager (1 Position)

·       Advanced Diploma in General Nursing with no prior experience required.

Applicants should also possess relevant professional competencies such as communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, integrity, time management, and digital literacy.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

·       Social Worker – 2 Positions

·       Cashier – 4 Positions

·       Health Center Manager – 1 Position

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Worker

·       Identify and assess hospitalized and outpatient social cases.

·       Prepare social assistance case files.

·       Conduct health education sessions for patients and families.

·       Design and coordinate micro-social support services.

·       Support vulnerable and abandoned individuals through appropriate interventions.

·       Conduct home visits and monitor beneficiaries' well-being.

·       Maintain records and prepare reports.

·       Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and archiving of required information.

·       Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Cashier

·       Manage cash transactions within the health center.

·       Maintain daily transaction records and account balances.

·       Interact with and assist customers at service counters.

·       Resolve customer inquiries and concerns.

·       Verify prices and transaction accuracy.

·       Support and train newly recruited cashiers.

·       Report financial discrepancies to supervisors.

·       Prepare daily transaction reports.

·       Contribute to environmental hygiene within the health center.

·       Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.

Health Center Manager

·       Coordinate and supervise all health center activities.

·       Ensure patients receive care in a clean and safe environment.

·       Lead infection prevention and control initiatives.

·       Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.

·       Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and staff.

·       Monitor and maintain clinical standards.

·       Ensure compliance with health policies and procedures.

·       Manage staff performance reviews and appraisals.

·       Support staff training and capacity-building programs.

·       Collaborate with district hospitals on staff development initiatives.

·       Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

·       Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
