ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must meet the educational and professional requirements specified for their desired position. General requirements include:

·       Relevant Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.

·       Professional certifications where applicable (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA, CTA, or equivalent).

·       Relevant work experience ranging from 2 to 10 years depending on the position.

·       Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·       Experience in telecommunications, fintech, banking, or related industries is an added advantage for most positions.

o   Level: 3M

3.     Specialist, Financial Planning and Budgeting

o   Department: Fintech

o   Level: 2H

4.     Specialist, Tax & Transfer Pricing (TP) Management

o   Department: Fintech

o   Location: Kigali, Rwanda

o   Level: 2H

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyst, Channel

·       Monitor Mobile Money channel performance.

·       Track agent and merchant activities and transaction volumes.

·       Develop dashboards and channel performance reports.

·       Support agent onboarding, training, and compliance monitoring.

·       Identify underperforming channels and recommend improvements.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.

Manager, Marketing Operations and Service Delivery

·       Lead execution of marketing campaigns and product launches.

·       Coordinate sales, distribution, and field teams.

·       Monitor campaign performance and customer acquisition metrics.

·       Ensure consistent service delivery across all customer touchpoints.

·       Support agent readiness and marketing process improvements.

·       Collaborate with product, IT, and operations teams.

Specialist, Financial Planning and Budgeting

·       Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

·       Conduct financial analysis and performance reporting.

·       Develop financial models and business case assessments.

·       Perform variance analysis and provide strategic recommendations.

·       Prepare management reports and executive dashboards.

·       Support long-term financial planning initiatives.

Specialist, Tax & TP Management

·       Prepare and file tax returns and statutory reports.

·       Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

·       Manage tax audits and relationships with tax authorities.

·       Support transfer pricing documentation and compliance.

·       Conduct tax risk assessments and implement controls.

·       Provide tax advisory support to internal stakeholders.

·       Drive tax process improvements and automation initiatives.
