Jyambere SACCO Kamonyi is a savings and credit cooperative dedicated to financial inclusion, strong governance, and professional service delivery. It is currently recruiting professionals to strengthen its operations in risk management, internal audit, and information technology.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

·       Relevant academic qualifications for each position

·       Minimum required professional experience (as specified per role)

·       Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills

·       High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail

·       Ability to work in a regulated financial institution environment

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

·       Risk and Compliance Officer (1 Position)

·       Senior Internal Auditor (1 Position)

·       ICT Officer (1 Position)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Risk and Compliance Officer

·       Identify, measure, and report risks

·       Develop risk management strategies and conduct stress tests

·       Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies

·       Support internal controls and investigate compliance violations

·       Prepare risk and compliance reports and advise management

Senior Internal Auditor

·       Oversee internal audit and control operations

·       Develop audit plans and prepare audit reports

·       Ensure compliance with regulations and policies

·       Supervise staff and support management decision-making

·       Monitor implementation of audit recommendations

ICT Officer

·       Manage IT systems, infrastructure, and security

·       Implement IT policies and ensure data protection

·       Support digital operations and system efficiency

·       Train staff on IT systems and tools

·       Manage IT projects and technology development
