The organization is recruiting qualified professionals for its Service Unit Rwanda/Burundi based in Kigali.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Eligibility depends on the position but generally requires:

·       University degree in Business, Finance, Administration, or related fields

·       Several years of relevant professional experience (depending on role)

·       Strong analytical, financial, and management skills

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Fluency in required languages (English, French, German depending on role)

·       Experience in development cooperation or EU-funded projects (advantage)

1. Finance Manager – Service Unit Rwanda/Burundi

2. Head of Service Unit (Maternity Cover)

Location: Kigali, Rwanda

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance Manager

·       Financial planning, budgeting, and controlling

·       Project financial monitoring and reporting

·       Audit coordination and compliance management

·       SAP S4HANA financial system management

·       Financial reporting to commissioning partners (EU, etc.)

·       Receivables, payables, and cost allocation management

Head of Service Unit

·       Lead and manage administrative and finance teams

·       Oversee procurement, finance, travel, and operations services

·       Ensure compliance with organizational policies

·       Manage staffing, resources, and cost efficiency

·       Lead change management and organizational development

·       Ensure high-quality service delivery across Rwanda/Burundi operations
