These Numbers Have Faces is an organization committed to developing young African leaders through education and leadership training. The University Leadership Program combines academic support with monthly leadership trainings, relationship-building activities, and community service initiatives. All trainings and university-related activities are conducted in English, helping students strengthen both their communication and leadership skills while preparing to contribute positively to their communities and country. SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

·       Be 25 years old or younger

·       Demonstrate academic excellence:

o   National Leaving Examination scores of at least 70%, or

o   Strong academic performance for students already in university

·       Show clear leadership capacity and willingness to grow as leaders

·       Possess strong English communication skills

·       Commit to attending mandatory monthly trainings held on the second Saturday of every month

·       Be willing to complete a 50-hour Community Impact Project each year

·       Demonstrate humility, a desire to learn, and commitment to serving the community

AVAILABLE PROGRAMS

The program focuses on leadership development, higher education support, mentorship, and community transformation. So, any program in line with their vision is eligible.
