ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage)

·       Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in logistics, fleet, warehousing, or inventory management

·       Experience with ERP systems or Logistics Management Information Systems (LMIS)

·       Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills

·       Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

·       Strong communication skills in English and Kinyarwanda (French is an advantage)

·       Ability to work independently and in rural settings
 

AVAILABLE POSITION

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Fleet Management

·       Develop and implement fleet management systems and policies

·       Monitor vehicle use, maintenance, insurance, and compliance

·       Manage fuel, maintenance, and transport contracts

·       Ensure safe driving practices and efficient fleet operations

Warehousing & Asset Management

·       Oversee inventory systems and warehouse operations

·       Ensure accurate stock records using ERP/LMIS systems

·       Conduct audits, stock checks, and asset verification

·       Prevent losses, stockouts, and wastage

People Management

·       Supervise and develop Logistics Coordinators

·       Conduct performance reviews and capacity building

·       Provide coaching and technical support

Data & Decision Support

·       Analyze logistics data for decision-making

·       Support budgeting and forecasting

·       Contribute to transport and fleet optimization strategies
