ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

·       Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field

·       Professional Structural or Civil/Structural Engineer registered with IER

·       Valid professional registration or practicing status in Rwanda

·       Strong knowledge of structural design, construction supervision, and project management

·       Good understanding of Rwanda Building Code and construction standards

·       Strong communication, leadership, and technical reporting skills

AVAILABLE POSITION

·       Resident Engineer / Head of Design & Construction Department (1 Position)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Lead and manage the Design and Construction Department

·       Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams (architecture, structural, MEP, civil, QS, etc.)

·       Review design deliverables and ensure compliance with standards and project requirements

·       Oversee construction implementation, quality control, and site coordination

·       Review BOQs, cost estimates, variations, and payment applications

·       Provide technical advice to CEO and senior leadership

·       Manage project risks, reporting, and documentation

·       Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and quality assurance procedures
