Access to Finance Rwanda, in partnership with the Rwanda Center for Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI Center), is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for senior leadership positions aimed at advancing Rwanda’s digital transformation agenda. The Rwanda DPI Center, hosted at Rwanda Information Society Authority under the Ministry of ICT and Innovation (MINICT), was established in 2025 to coordinate the design, demonstration, and scaling of Rwanda’s foundational digital public infrastructure.Register now for new programs at MK SCHOLARS

The Center focuses on key national digital initiatives including instant payments, digital identity, data exchange frameworks, and cross-border digital trade systems. Successful candidates will join a strategic institution driving innovation, interoperability, and inclusive digital development at national and regional levels.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must:

·       Possess relevant academic qualifications in related fields

·       Have strong professional experience relevant to the applied position

·       Demonstrate leadership, technical, and operational capabilities

·       Have strong communication and teamwork skills

·       Be fluent in English; knowledge of French or Kinyarwanda is an added advantage

·       Leading national Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) initiatives

·       Managing program delivery, implementation, and institutional coordination

·       Supervising teams and ensuring operational efficiency

·       Supporting innovation, interoperability, and digital transformation projects

·       Collaborating with government institutions, development partners, and private sector stakeholders
