The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s social media platforms, website, and mobile application while ensuring all digital channels remain active, engaging, and aligned with the KISS FM brand identity.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

·       In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms including Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and WordPress.

·       Strong understanding of how different platforms serve different audiences and objectives.

·       Excellent writing, communication, and language skills.

·       Ability to communicate ideas effectively through written, visual, and video formats.

·       Previous experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital media role.

·       Graphic design skills will be an added advantage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be expected to:

·       Manage the creation and publishing of relevant, original, and high-quality content.

·       Develop and maintain a regular content publishing schedule.

·       Promote content through social media advertising.

·       Manage social media marketing campaigns and daily digital activities.

·       Develop engaging content ideas targeting the company’s audience.

·       Create, curate, and manage images, videos, and written content.

·       Monitor and respond to users across digital platforms.

·       Develop and grow the station’s online community.

·       Oversee the visual appearance of social media pages.

·       Design and manage promotions and social media advertising campaigns.

·       Manage website and mobile app content.

·       Analyse performance and prepare reports for management.

·       Represent the company positively through online engagement.

·       Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, and digital strategies.
