ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
To join the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Academic Excellence: Achieve at least 70% in the National Leaving Exam or maintain high grades if already in university.
• Leadership Potential: Show how you have practiced leadership and your goals for growing as a leader.
• Age Requirement: Be 25 years old or younger.
• English Proficiency: Have strong English skills, as all training and university classes are conducted in English.
• Monthly Training Commitment: Attend mandatory leadership training sessions on the second Saturday of each month.
• Community Impact: Complete 50 hours of volunteer work in your community each year.
• Humility: Be willing to learn, serve others, and give back to your community.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
To complete your application for the These Numbers Have Faces - 2025 University Leadership Program, please ensure you submit the following documents:

• National Identification Card or Passport – A clear copy to verify your nationality and identity.
• Secondary School Academic Records – Include your National Leaving Exam results and any other relevant academic transcripts.
• University Enrollment Proof (if applicable) – For currently enrolled students, provide a copy of your enrollment certificate or recent transcript.
• Recommendation Letters – At least one personal reference and one academic or professional reference, including names, phone numbers, and email contacts.
