ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field

·       Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in travel, tour operations, or customer service

·       Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

·       Ability to plan, organize, and manage tours effectively

·       Good knowledge of tourism destinations, travel regulations, and booking systems

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

·       Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

·       Designing and developing customized tour itineraries and packages

·       Providing professional travel advice and consultation to clients

·       Preparing accurate quotations and detailed travel proposals

·       Coordinating bookings for accommodation, transport, permits, and guides

·       Liaising with hotels, transport providers, and tourism partners

·       Responding to client inquiries and ensuring timely communication

·       Supporting smooth tour operations and resolving any arising issues

·       Maintaining proper documentation and records of all bookings and correspondence

·       Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

·       Promoting company services and supporting business development initiatives

·       Complying with company policies and tourism regulations
