The Malaysia Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP), under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia, is a government-funded initiative aimed at supporting students from developing countries. The program promotes global cooperation by providing high-quality education and sharing Malaysia’s development experience with participants worldwide.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

·       Must be a citizen of an MTCP recipient (developing) country

·       Must not exceed 45 years of age at the time of application

·       Must secure admission to a Malaysian public university before applying

·       Must meet English language requirements (if applicable)

APPLICATION PROCEDURES
