We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Head of Finance & Operations to lead financial strategy, operational execution, and long-term growth planning. This is a key leadership role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic startup environment.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

·       Minimum 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations

·       Strong fluency in English (written and spoken)

·       Experience in manufacturing is an added advantage

·       Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting

·       Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks, Sage, ERP, advanced Excel)

·       Strong leadership and team management experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Financial Leadership & Strategy

·       Develop financial models, forecasts, and projections

·       Lead budgeting, planning, and cash flow management

·       Provide strategic insights for business growth

2. Accounting & Financial Systems

·       Oversee accounting functions and financial reporting

·       Ensure compliance and strong internal controls

·       Implement and manage finance systems

3. Investor & Stakeholder Management

·       Prepare investor reports and funding updates

·       Support fundraising efforts with financial data

·       Maintain professional communication with stakeholders

4. Operations Management

·       Oversee production, supply chain, and logistics

·       Improve efficiency, cost control, and productivity

·       Develop scalable operational systems

5. Team Leadership

·       Manage and mentor finance and operations staff

·       Build a high-performing and accountable team

·       Collaborate with sales and production teams

6. Sales Strategy & Business Growth

·       Support pricing strategies and revenue models

·       Analyze sales performance and market trends

·       Assist in expansion to new markets
