DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

·       Supervise and coordinate maintenance of mechanical equipment

·       Ensure equipment reliability, availability, and safety

·       Implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance

·       Lead maintenance teams and support engineering projects

2. Boilermaker – Mining Operations

·       Fabricate and assemble steel structures and components

·       Perform welding, cutting, and shaping of metal parts

·       Conduct maintenance and repair of equipment and structures

·       Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

3. Mine Metallurgist

·       Monitor and optimize mineral processing operations

·       Conduct metallurgical testing and analysis

·       Improve recovery rates and plant performance

·       Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure efficiency

4. Builder

·       Carry out construction and maintenance works on site

·       Follow approved drawings and specifications

·       Ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance

·       Support construction team activities
