DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service / Contact Center Roles:

·       Respond promptly to customer inquiries عبر multiple channels (phone, email, web, etc.)

·       Investigate and resolve customer complaints in collaboration with relevant departments

·       Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems

·       Provide accurate information on banking products and services

·       Ensure a “one-stop-shop” approach to customer issue resolution

·       Support branches and other service units in meeting customer expectations

Foundation Manager:

·       Develop and implement CSR and foundation strategies aligned with bank goals

·       Build partnerships with NGOs, government, and stakeholders

·       Manage community programs, budgets, and resource allocation

·       Monitor and evaluate impact of initiatives

·       Represent the foundation in external engagements

Internal Surveyor (Engineering Role):

·       Conduct valuation of assets and properties

·       Appraise construction and infrastructure projects

·       Provide technical support for construction and maintenance projects

·       Perform site visits and technical assessments

Other Roles (General Responsibilities):

·       Ensure alignment of operations with business and regulatory requirements

·       Support innovation, systems integration, and banking technology improvements

·       Manage partnerships, reporting, and service delivery within assigned departments
