CorpsAfrica operates across several African nations, including Rwanda, Kenya, Ghana, Malawi, Senegal, Ethiopia, Morocco, Côte d’Ivoire, The Gambia, South Africa, and Uganda. Through partnerships with local communities and global supporters, the organization empowers young leaders to drive sustainable grassroots development and gain transformative personal and professional experience.

SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS

Selected CorpsAfrica Volunteers will receive comprehensive support before, during, and after their service, including:

·       One month of intensive pre-service training

·       Continuous professional development and mentorship

·       A modest living allowance during service

·       Health insurance coverage

·       Travel funds for official program activities

·       Hands-on experience in community development and project management

Upon successful completion of the program, volunteers will also receive:

·       End-of-service readjustment allowance

·       Certificate of completion

·       Letter of recommendation

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must:

·       Be a citizen of the country where they are applying to serve

·       Be at least 21 years old at the start of the program

·       Hold a university degree or have equivalent professional experience

·       Be physically and emotionally capable of living in rural and remote communities

·       Commit to serving for the full duration of the program

·       Have no criminal record or conflicts of interest

·       Understand that volunteerism is an altruistic service without expectation of financial gain

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

·       Professional and/or volunteer experience records

·       Language proficiency information

·       At least three professional or academic references

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
