ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

·       Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a bank

·       Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field

·       Professional certification such as FRM, CPA, ISO 31000, or equivalent ERM certification

·       Membership in a recognized professional risk association

·       Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

·       Proficiency in Excel (especially financial modeling)

·       Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

·       High level of integrity, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected candidate will:

·       Lead and implement the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework

·       Identify, assess, monitor, and report financial and non-financial risks

·       Oversee risk governance and regulatory compliance processes

·       Manage and develop the Enterprise Risk team

·       Prepare and present risk reports to management and the Board

·       Ensure alignment of risk strategies with the bank’s objectives

·       Conduct risk assessments for new products, strategies, and projects

·       Promote risk culture and awareness across the institution

·       Monitor risk mitigation strategies and ensure timely implementation
