ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Accountant

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management (Finance), or Business Administration (Accounting/Finance) with 3 years of experience, OR

·       Master’s Degree in related fields with 2 years of experience

2. Internal Audit Specialist

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Accounting/Finance) with 3 years of experience, OR

·       Master’s Degree in related fields with 1 year of experience

Additional Requirements (Audit Specialist):

·       Professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA (added advantage)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Accountant

·       Prepare monthly financial reconciliations for SPIU projects

·       Process payments after verifying supporting documents

·       Prepare tax declarations and ensure timely payments

·       Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper filing

·       Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations

·       Carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor

Internal Audit Specialist

·       Assist in preparing audit action plans and programs

·       Conduct audits and evaluate internal control systems

·       Ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures

·       Safeguard organizational assets against fraud and irregularities

·       Review accounting records and operational efficiency

·       Prepare audit reports and recommendations
