International students from Sub-Saharan Africa are invited to apply for this prestigious fully funded Master’s scholarship. This program offers aspiring global health leaders a unique opportunity to study free of charge in the UK under the guidance of world-renowned health specialists while gaining practical and research-based skills.

The scholarship is hosted by the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM), one of Europe’s leading institutions in public and global health. The program aims to strengthen African health systems and research capacity by preparing the next generation of global health leaders. Through innovative health-focused strategies, the scholarship contributes to tackling malnutrition and widespread diseases across Africa.
SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS
The GSK Scholarship 2026 is a Fully Funded Scholarship covering:
· Living allowance of GBP 22,000 per year
· Full tuition fees
· Free registration
· Accommodation fees
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for the GSK Scholarship 2026, applicants must:
· Be a citizen or resident of Sub-Saharan Africa
· Agree to return to their home country after completing their studies
· Complete the Supplementary Questions form confirming financial need
· Meet the minimum English language proficiency requirements
· Hold a first degree with either a First-Class or Upper Second-Class equivalency
· Hold an offer of admission for 2026–27 for one of LSHTM’s London-based intensive MSc programs
AVAILABLE PROGRAMS
The scholarship is available for Master’s (MSc) degree programs offered at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine in London, United Kingdom.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Applicants must prepare the following documents:
· Two Recommendation Letters
· Degree Certificate and Academic Transcripts
· Passport-size Photograph
· Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume
