ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Holder of a valid Driving License Category B
• Minimum academic qualification of Ordinary Level (O’ Level)
• Advanced Level (A2) is an added advantage
• 0 years of relevant work experience required
• Clean driving license with no major traffic offenses
• Fluency in Kinyarwanda and English and/or French
• Knowledge of Swahili is an added advantage

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Driver will report to the Director of Administration and Finance and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Strictly respect and comply with all Highway Traffic regulations
• Ensure the vehicle is in good condition before driving, including availability of required documents and equipment
• Ensure cleanliness and proper use of assigned vehicles
• Drive safely, carefully, and responsibly at all times
• Ensure the technical condition and availability of fuel in the vehicle
• Properly fill in logbooks, maintenance records, and other vehicle tracking documents
• Report any damage or incidents involving the vehicle immediately
• Ensure safe and appropriate parking of vehicles
• Fill authorization forms for each vehicle exit
• Participate in night and weekend shifts when required
• Attend meetings and participate in hospital activities
• Be available to serve as required by the institution
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
• Respect institutional values, taboos, and internal regulation rules by the recruiting institution.
