Through its programs, DOT trains young people in information technology, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and problem-solving. In Rwanda and other countries, DOT works with universities, governments, and local organizations to support graduates. The organization also strongly supports women and girls to participate in the digital economy. DOT programs include training, mentorship, teamwork, and real projects that prepare youth for jobs, business creation, and community development.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Open to all graduates
• Age between 21 and 35 years by January 2026
• Proficiency in English and Kinyarwanda
• Strong interest in digital skills, leadership, or community development
• Willingness to learn, work in teams, and fully participate in program activities

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

•  Supports youth to develop entrepreneurial mindsets and digital skills, including communication, problem-solving, and business development.
• Works with government and private sector partners to promote digital inclusion.
•   Trains young leaders to launch community programs and support small businesses using digital tools.
•   Offers business competitions, seed funding, and coaching to help youth start and grow their ventures.
•   Youth trained by DOT often become digital champions, community leaders, or social innovators driving positive change locally.
