We are looking for a motivated and qualified professional to join us as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor at our Rubavu Brewery. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, strong inventory management, and smooth coordination within the supply chain.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or supervisory roles.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

Duty Station: Rubavu Brewery

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, handling, and distribution of products.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and proper documentation of stock movements.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor warehouse staff performance and provide guidance or training when necessary.
• Implement and enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with HEINEKEN policies.
• Manage loading/offloading processes and ensure timely dispatch of products.
• Identify operational gaps and propose improvements for efficiency.
