ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to communicate politely and professionally
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Basic understanding of customer service (for waiter/waitress positions)
• Physical ability to perform cleaning or service-related tasks
• Previous experience is an added advantage but not mandatory

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Waiters & Waitresses
• Greet customers politely upon arrival
• Introduce yourself and guide customers to their tables
• Present menus and explain items, including ingredients, preparation, and allergy information
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials
• Offer suggestions for food, beverages, and juices
• Answer customer inquiries
• Input orders into the POS system
Salary Range: 100,000 RWF – 150,000 RWF

2. Cleaners
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas (floors, surfaces, offices, restrooms)
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect regularly
• Empty trash bins and replace liners
• Clean glass surfaces, mirrors, and windows
• Refill cleaning supplies such as soap, tissue, and sanitizer
• Report safety hazards or maintenance needs
• Follow cleaning schedules and health/safety standards
Salary Range: 50,000 RWF – 80,000 RWF
