ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be considered for any of the available positions, applicants must meet the following qualifications:
• Hold an ITI, Diploma, or Technical Certificate in a relevant trade such as:
Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Fitting, Metallurgy, Wire Technology, or Instrumentation.
• Possess relevant work experience in wire drawing, wire mesh production, or steel wire manufacturing.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety and quality production.

A1 Iron & Steel Rwanda Ltd. is currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Wire Drawing Operator
2. Wire Drawing Workshop Operator
3. Wire Straightening Machine Operator
4. Wire Mesh Operator
5. Binding Wire Furnace Operator
6. Wire Rib Machine Operator
7. Wire Nail Machine Operator
8. Wire Production Shift In-Charge
9. Wire Plant Mechanical Fitter
10. Wire Plant Electrician

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
• Operating and maintaining wire processing and production machinery.
• Ensuring quality control and adherence to technical standards during production.
• Troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance on machines and tools.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in production efficiency and safety.
• Collaborating with the production team to meet daily manufacturing targets.
• Reporting operational issues to supervisors and maintaining accurate production logs.
