DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Marketing Manager
• Develop and execute marketing strategies across RBA platforms (TV, radio, digital, and events).
• Identify and sell advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
• Lead promotional campaigns for high-profile events.
• Conduct market research and manage client relationships.
• Supervise and mentor marketing team members.

2. Sales Administrator
• Maintain client databases, sales records, and contracts.
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and reports.
• Coordinate departmental communication and logistics.
• Track client payments and ensure compliance with policies.

3. Senior Sales Officer – Agency & Government Business
• Manage relationships with government institutions and advertising clients.
• Drive revenue growth through targeted outreach.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and market analysis reports.
• Support departmental strategy and mentor junior staff.

4. Procurement Specialist
• Prepare and monitor procurement plans and contracts.
• Manage tender processes and ensure compliance with procurement rules.
• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts.
• Conduct contract risk assessments and maintain procurement records.
• Participate in audit responses and contract closeouts.
