ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Ideal candidates for these positions must meet the following general criteria:
• Possess the required educational background for the specific position (as detailed below).
• Be willing to reside in close proximity to the workplace in Ntarama.
• Demonstrate a high standard of personal conduct, integrity, and professionalism.
• Be highly motivated and capable of working effectively with cooperative members.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS
We are currently recruiting for the following two (2) positions:
1. Accountant
2. Veterinarian

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Accountant
• Manage all day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with financial regulations and cooperative policies.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and manage the organization's petty cash.
• Support the budgeting process and assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.

2. Veterinarian
• Provide comprehensive veterinary care, including disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment for all cooperative animals.
• Conduct regular health checks, vaccinations, and parasite control programs.
• Perform emergency medical procedures as required.
• Train and educate cooperative members on basic animal health practices and disease recognition.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
