The Higher Education Council (HEC) has announced an important opportunity for students who have completed secondary education in 2025 and wish to pursue their higher studies at the University of Rwanda. SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Applicants must have completed secondary education in 2025.
• Students who completed their studies abroad must have an equivalence certificate issued by NESA confirming completion in 2025.
• Only Rwandan nationals with a valid National ID are eligible to apply.
• Applicants must have official admission to the University of Rwanda.
• All required information must be accurately filled; incomplete or incorrect applications will not be considered.

AVAILABLE PROGRAMS
This loan opportunity covers all academic programs offered by the University of Rwanda for the 2025–2026 academic year, depending on the student’s admission and program choice.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
• Copy of National ID (for Rwandan applicants).
• Admission letter from the University of Rwanda.
• For those who studied abroad, a NESA Equivalence Certificate.
• Other personal and academic details as required in the online application form.
