The University of Rwanda (UR) has officially announced the release of the Undergraduate Admission Results for the 2025–2026 Academic Year – Batch Two. This exciting update brings great news to all students who submitted their applications to join UR’s diverse academic programs.

According to the official announcement, admitted candidates can now access their Acceptance Letters online through the Scholarship link at the bottom.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR APPLICANTS:

1. Access to Admission Letters:
All admitted students can download their acceptance letters directly from the UR admission system using their application credentials.

2. Provisional Admissions:
Candidates who qualified but could not be admitted into their first-choice programs - due to high competition and limited space - have been provisionally admitted into alternative programs they qualify for. These students must confirm their acceptance by completing the registration process.

3. Registration Deadline:
All fully or provisionally admitted students must confirm their admission by registering between 22nd and 31st October 2025. Failure to register within this period will result in losing the admission slot, which will then be offered to candidates on the waiting list.

4. Cut-Off Marks:
The official list of cut-off weighted aggregates for each academic program is available here .
