The La Trobe University Scholarships 2025–26 in Australia present an excellent opportunity for international and domestic students to pursue higher education with strong financial support. SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS
• Full tuition fee coverage for selected scholarships (e.g., Humanitarian Scholarship, Graduate Research Scholarships).
• Living allowance support (up to AUD 5,000 per year for undergraduates; AUD 35,000 per year stipend for research students).
• Partial tuition reductions of 25%, 50%, or 100% depending on academic merit and scholarship type.
• Health cover for eligible international students under certain scholarships.
• Research support including thesis allowance, relocation support, and paid leave entitlements for higher degree research students.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Must be applying for or enrolled in an undergraduate, postgraduate coursework, or research degree at La Trobe University.
• Open to both domestic and international students, depending on the scholarship type.
• For the Humanitarian Scholarship: applicants must hold a refugee or humanitarian visa and be commencing an undergraduate degree full-time in Semester 1, 2026.
• For the Graduate Research Scholarships (RTP/LTGRS): applicants must meet academic entry requirements for PhD or Master’s by Research and demonstrate research potential.
• For Vice-Chancellor and Academic Excellence Scholarships: must have a strong academic record (high school or previous university results).
• Must meet English language proficiency requirements as specified by La Trobe University.
• Applicants must not be receiving another major scholarship that covers tuition fees.
• Specific scholarships may require applicants to participate in leadership or ambassadorial activities during their studies.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
• Letter of offer or proof of application for a program at La Trobe University.
• Academic transcripts of previous studies (certified copies).
• Proof of English language proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent) if applicable.
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume showing academic, professional, or extracurricular achievements.
• Personal statement or scholarship essay outlining goals, achievements, and reasons for applying.
• Research proposal (for PhD/master’s by Research applicants).
• Two academic or professional reference letters.
• Passport copy (for international students).
• Visa documents (especially for humanitarian scholarships).
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
1. Choose a Program
• Select an eligible undergraduate, postgraduate, or research program at La Trobe University.
• Check the specific scholarship requirements for your level of study.
2. Apply for Admission
• Submit an online application for your chosen course through the La Trobe University application portal or via an authorized education agent.
• Receive a Letter of Offer (conditional or unconditional).
3. Prepare Scholarship Documents
• Gather all required documents (academic transcripts, CV, English test scores, references, etc.).
• Write a personal statement or scholarship essay if requested.
• For research programs, prepare and submit a research proposal aligned with La Trobe’s research areas.
4. Submit Scholarship Application
• Some scholarships are automatic (e.g., Vice-Chancellor’s Excellence), while others require a separate application form through the La Trobe scholarships webpage.
• Upload supporting documents before the deadline.
5. Await Outcome
